S Types Medium Duty SX

This range of’ S’ type Plummer Blocks offers an inexpensive means of supporting a rotating shaft, giving excellent load capacity and wear characteristics. All sizes have 1/8″ BSP grease nipple. This range has fully machined bearings and recommended for use where replacement brasses may be required.

This range of bearing is available in an infinite range of bores to suit any shaft size from 50mm to 100mm (2″ to 4″). The unit is fully split with the housing made of cast iron and the split bush gunmetal. The gunmetal bearings are 1 1/2 diameters through (i.e.: – A bush for a 2″ shaft is 3″ long.) The bearing shells are available from stock.
