We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level CNC/VMC Machine Operator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC/VMC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Load and unload materials and tooling.
Perform machine setups and adjustments.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Assist senior operators with tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of CNC/VMC operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn.
A highly motivated individual who is reliable, punctual, and possesses excellent communication skills. They are a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
